Jaminet Engineering provided the electrical and technology design for this new 70,000-sq.-ft. community center. We drew upon our experience and innovation to enhance the project with specialized features, including:
- Multiple electrical services to accommodate various tenants.
- A central video distribution system throughout the facility.
- Special audio/visual elements in the conference center.
With a project cost of $13 million, this impressive facility features a gym housing basketball, volleyball, and pickleball courts, a walking track, golf simulators, and batting cages, as well as a library, health clinic, space for various STEM and community college outreach programs, and more.
